1. Global Shipping & Delivery Windows
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all Vibesshope products. Due to high demand and the international nature of our logistics, please expect a delivery window of 5 to 15 business days depending on your location.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.
- Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
2. 14-Day Right to Return (EU Compliance)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without a justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or we made an error in fulfillment, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@Vibesshope.online. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
